Warrant program 2023

At the Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2023, a resolution was taken to establish a warrant programme of 360,000 options for Cibus's CEO, company management and key employees. The subscription price shall be set at an amount in EUR corresponding to 110 percent of the average share price during the period 28 April - 5 May 2023 and amounted to 11.25 EUR. Subscription may take place no earlier than 13 April 2026.

Warrant program 2022

At the Annual General Meeting on 20 April 2022, a resolution was taken to establish a warrant programme of 500,000 options for Cibus's CEO, company management and key employees. The subscription price shall be set at an amount in EUR corresponding to 110 percent of the average share price during the period 5 - 9 May 2022 and amounted to 21.48 EUR. Subscription may take place no earlier than 14 April 2025.

Warrant program 2021

On the Annual General Meeting held 15 April 2021, it was resolved to implement a warrant program of 120,000 warrants to the management team, excluding the CEO. The subscription price has been set to the average price for the Cibus share between 18-28 June 2021 and amounted to 20.00 EUR. Subscription may occur 15 April 2024 at the earliest.

Warrant program 2020

On the Annual General Meeting held 24 April 2020, it was resolved to implement a warrant program of 160,000 warrants to the management team, excluding the CEO. The subscription price has been set to the average price for the Cibus share between 18 – 25 May 2020 and amounts to EUR 12.20 per share. Subscription may occur 17 April 2023 at the earliest.
