Cibus board, management and partners bring together a strategic combination of skill-sets within real estate, finance, and grocery market experience.
Cibus’ board consist of five directors, including the chairman, and are all elected until the next Annual General Meeting. All five board members are independent in relation to company and larger shareholders.
Mr. Gylling has been involved in building the Cibus portfolio and holds significant experience from more than sixty real estate transactions totalling approximately three billion euro. He and his team were previously awarded best Finnish developer and investment manager by Euromoney. Previous experience includes founding the real estate private equity firm Sirius Capital Partners and HGR Property Partners as well as holding key positions at Sveafastigheter, Morgan Stanley and Advium Corporate Finance. He currently serves as a board member of Life Annuity Institution Hereditas Ltd.
Ms Norman is Chairman of the Board EHB Hyresbostäder AB, Chairman of the Board Nivika Fastigheter AB (publ), Vice Chairman of the Board Sveriges Allmännytta, Board member Byggpartner i Dalarna AB (publ), Board member Örndalen Exploatering AB
Victoria Skoglund works as a lawyer and has a Master of Laws from Stockholm University. Victoria has worked at various law firms since 2001 and is today a partner at Lindahls Advokatbyrå in Stockholm. Victoria specializes in public M&A, stock market law, corporate governance and association law.
Mr. Gattberg has been involved in the establishment of Cibus when he was in charge of financing and introducing the portfolio to the capital market. During recent years he has led a series of sizeable real asset transactions as principal in the Nordics including both real estate and infrastructure. Mr. Gattberg is currently Founding Partner at Altaal, a principal led investment firm focusing on investments in alternative assets. Previous experience includes Head of Investment Banking and Board Member at Pareto Securities as well as CEO at Skuld UK.
Mr Styf is President and CEO at Hemsö Fastighets AB. Other ongoing assignments is Board member in all wholly-owned and partly-owned subsidiaries of the Hemsö Group. Chairman of the Board, NP3 Fastigheter AB and member of the board, Bonava AB and Mattssons Fastighetsutveckling AB. Mr Styf has previous experience as Chief Investment Officer at Citycon, Director at Areim, Principal at Doughty Hanson & Co, Associate at Deutsche Bank and Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Mr Fredrixon has more than 20 years' experience from real estate and financial markets in general and the daily-goods real estate segment in particular. Most recently, he served as the CIO for Vasakronan AB and as Board Member representing AMF Pension in a real estate grocery JV with ICA. Prior to this he was CIO for ICA Real Estate, partner at Catella Corporate Finance within real estate corporate finance and Property Financing and Treasury Manager at UK listed real estate company CLS Holdings plc. He started his career in the UK at HSBC Investment Bank.
Mrs Olofsson is an experienced CFO and held the position at the Large Cap listed digital bank Collector AB (publ) during six years. Further, Mrs Olofsson has previously held several senior positions at, among others, Bure Equity AB (publ) and Visma AB.
Mr. Tiensuu has extensive experience from Advium Corporate Finance Ltd where he advised clients in real estate transactions. Before current position, he was the CIO Finland at Cibus from January 2020.
Mr Lövgren has extensive experience from the real estate business. He was employed by Hufvudstaden as, among other things, Head of Transaction and Senior Property Manager. Peters latest position was at Genova as Head of Business Development where he has been responsible for the company's transactions.
Marcus Kruus has more than 20 years of experience from real estate, property development and construction industries across Europe. He has experience from business development, investments and asset management activities. Before joining Cibus, Marcus Kruus had long-term interim assignments as Head of Transactions at Tre Kronor Property Investment and Head of Asset Management at Catella Property Asset Management. Further, Marcus Kruus has previously held several senior executive positions at, among others, Obligo Real Estate, Realkapital Partners and NCC.
Mrs. Eestilä has broad experience in the real estate business. Before joining Cibus, Mrs. Eestilä worked as a Director at Newsec Investment Management, where the team acted as a local partner to international investors advising them in property transactions and investment management activities. Prior to Newsec, Mrs. Eestilä worked in real estate transactions at Aventum and has also been employed by Logicor and Sponda.
